LA ROULOTTE DES GAULIERS
Member of a famous national network, The ROULOTTE DES GAULIERS is settled in an isolated part of our property. You will wake up in the heart of Coteaux du Layon with vineyards around as far as the eye can see and Chavagnes and its church below.
This Bohemian-style caravan is warm and cosy, inviting you to all sorts of adventures : romantic, cultural, historical or just play fun in the heart of wine-producing Anjou...! Clad with pale wood and bright fabrics, the "roulotte" is fully equipped to accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults - 2 children) and include a bathroom, kitchen area as well as heating in winter.
Luxuriously fitted out and provided with a high-end comfort, our caravan will know how to fill the most demanding. Just as in a hotel, the beds are made up on arrival, towels are supplied and a breakfast service is available.
We recommend you our delicious breakfast served anytime (from 8,30 am) in the caravan, and also our greedy local gastronomic products basket as rural dinner. We could also make a dinner booking in one of our favorite restaurants. OUR GYPSY CARAVAN
Our gypsy caravan (holiday cottage) is equipped with (up to 4 persons, 2 adults - 2 children) :
- bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilets
- kitchen area with crockery for 4 persons
- refrigerator with freezer
- 2 electric rings
- hight-quality bedding (1 double alcove bed and 1 bed settee)
- bed linens and towels provided
- flat-screen television
- garden furniture with charcoal barbecue
- coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle
2012 RATES
accomodation only - (up tp 4 people - 2 adults and 2 children) :
75 €uros / night, for an arrival on week days (except on friday and saturday) and on low season
85 €uros / night, for an arrival on week days and week-end on low and medium season
95 €uros / night, from june 30th to july 07th and from august 25th to september 1st 2012 (7 nights minimum stay, from saturday to satruday)
110 €uros / night, from july 7th to august 25th 2012 (7 nights minimum stay, from saturday to saturday)
Cancellation policy for 7 nights stay : More than 30 days before your arrival : 100 €uros - Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival : 25 % of your total amount (100 €uros minimum) - Between 14 and 8 days before your arrival : 50 % of your total amount - Between 7 and 2 days before your arrival : 75 % of your total amount - One day before or no-show : 100 % of your total amount.
Final cleaning fees : 15 €uros (up to 2 nights stay), 35 €uros (from 3 nights stay)
Delicious breakfast, served in the gypsy caravan, with croissants, fresh bread, traditional jams, nutella, honey, fruits, hot drinks (tea, coffee, chocolate) and orange juice : 8 €uros per adult - 5 €uros per child, from 4 to 11 years old - complementary breakfast for children under 4 years old
Gourmet dinner basket, 55 €uros for 2, 80 €uros pour 4 people. Enjoy your meal with specialities and local products. Whatever your arrival time on our property, you will find in your gypsy caravan this basket for a delicious and authentic dinner : duck foie gras, rillette with foie gras, rillauds (pork meat), goat cheese, green salad with balsamique vinegar and olive oil, traditonnal made bread, chocolate-brown truffles with Cointreau, cookies, milk chocolate candies, and of course one Anjou villages wine bottle and also one Coteaux du layon wine bottle offered..
On request : iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, baby cot and high chair on reservation (4 €uros per night - 20 €uros per week), washing machine in our own laundry (7 €uros per wash with drying)
